What we collect
What you send us through this site: your email address, and where you provide them, your name, company, and a description of what you are trying to solve. If you book a call, we also store the date and time you selected.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and run the call, and continue the conversation about a possible project. We do not sell your information.
Project information
During a project we may be given access to systems or data belonging to the client. How that access and data is handled is agreed in the applicable project documents rather than here.
Service providers
We rely on standard third-party services to host this website, store enquiries, and send and receive email. They process this information on our behalf so that we can respond to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept while they remain relevant to the conversation or the engagement, and are removed when they no longer are.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information you have sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request by replying to any email from us, or through the enquiry form on this site, and we will action it.
Website analytics
If you choose "Allow analytics", we use Google Analytics to count which pages are visited and whether a discovery-call request was saved. It sets Google Analytics cookies in your browser. We do not send your name, email, phone, company or message to Google Analytics, and Google signals and ad personalization are turned off for it. If you choose "No thanks", Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Analytics preferences" in the site footer.
This choice covers Google Analytics only. Separately, this site uses a Google Ads tag to measure our advertising.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you sign up for text messages, we collect your mobile number, your name if you give it, the message categories you choose (customer care, marketing, or both), and a record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, its version, the page you used and the time. We use this only to send the categories you chose and to document and honour your preferences. We keep these records for as long as needed to respect your choices, including opt-outs, and to show that consent was given.
We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Service providers that help us operate the program process it only on our behalf and under restrictions on its use.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
