What we collect

Email address when you request the free workflows or buy the Library. Name, company, and the message you write when you request an implementation call. Basic order details when you buy: name, billing address, purchase amount.

Why we collect it

To deliver what you asked for (send the download, reply to your call request), to process payments, and to send occasional updates about new workflows if you opted in. Unsubscribe anytime - every email has a one-click link.

Who we share it with

A small number of trusted processors: our payment provider, our email service, our hosting provider, and our customer-support tool. They only get what they need to do their job and are contractually bound to protect it.

How long we keep it

Customer records: as long as you have an active license, plus 7 years for tax and accounting. Lead form entries with no purchase: up to 24 months, then deleted.

Cookies

We use a small set of essential cookies and one analytics tool to see which pages people read. No third-party ad tracking.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send requests to hello@skillgroup.dev. We respond within 30 days.
