1. Who we are

SkillGroup ("SkillGroup", "we", "us") is an independent company that sells digital products and services related to AI workflows. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.

2. What you're buying

The Library is a downloadable set of prompt-based workflows and written guides. Implementation is a professional services engagement described in your quote. Nothing on this site is a promise of specific business outcomes.

3. License

When you buy the Library, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the workflows inside your own company or with your own clients. You may adapt them. You may not resell them, package them as your own product, or share your download link.

4. Refunds

The Library runs or it's refunded. If a workflow won't work in your setup, we help you get it running. If we can't, your money comes back. See our Refund Policy for how to request one. Implementation refunds follow the terms in your signed engagement.

5. Third-party tools

Our workflows are designed to run on top of tools like Claude Code and other services you already use. You're responsible for your own accounts, subscriptions, and usage of those tools, and for complying with their terms.

6. Warranty and liability

The products and services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or product after we publish an update means you accept the new version.
