The Library - it runs or it's refunded

If a workflow won't work in your setup, we help you get it running. If we can't, your money comes back. Reply to your receipt email and we'll sort it out.

Implementation

Implementation engagements are covered by the terms in your signed statement of work. The standard version includes a milestone-based structure - if we miss a deliverable and can't remedy it, we refund the affected milestone. Ask on the call and we'll walk you through it before you sign.

How to request a refund

The fastest way is to reply to the receipt email. You can also write to hello@skillgroup.dev with your order number. Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
